Red Ribbon's Magical Shrinking Cake

It's getting smaller for every year that passes by. Get yours while it's still bigger than your spoon!

Absentee Pork and Mongo Stew

This would look a lot better if i hadn't forgot to put in tomatoes and hadn't eaten all the pork before getting a pic. Well, there would be a next time.

Beef and Bell Peppers

Beef marinaded with soy sauce and oyster sauce and sauteed with green and red bell peppers. This was a memorable one. Didn't soften the beef enough and it ended up tough as a rubber sole. My jaw ached from the chewing. It tasted very nice though.

Tuna and Green Pesto Pasta

I used Philippe Berro green pesto for this one. Gotta practice the the presentation though. I usually just sit down and eat and usually forgot to take better pics. Oh well, as long as it is edible for me.

Tuna Penne ai Funghi Porcini

Instant sauce. What else can I say. You will have to probably substitute something for the butter if it tastes excessively buttery for you. I used tuna chunks as meat for this one.

Grilled Chicken Livers

The day I regretted buying 1kg of chicken livers. Just marinade 'em with your favorite sauce, stick a spit in 'em and then grill 'em. Easy as A-B-C. Just don't burn your house down in the process. 50% chance of making charcoals if you are not attentive enough.

Note: don't make the mistake of freezing the chicken livers. You'll know what I mean.

Dough Joe Egg Bread .... or something.

Aside from cheese, the next besting thing i want in my sandwiches would be eggs. It's not the real name but what the hell. Cheese, eggs and meat. Lots.
